Instructions
Close well in a bowl all the ingredients and leave to infuse for two weeks, shaking it a few times a day.
After this time passes all through a dense sieve, new flows on paper or canvas, and bottled by closing with Cork and sealing wax.
Let the liqueur matures for 6 months before being consumed.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 500 g of sugar
- 50 cl of fresh milk
- 1/2 pod of vanilla
- 25 cl of lemon juice
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 150 g of cherries sour cherries
