Lasagna casserole with vegetable brunoise and reduced to cheese
Instructions
Make the dough and cut irregular triangles.
Cut vegetables in brunoise.
Brown them and bring them in.
Reduce the cream and milk with thyme, garlic and salt, then add the Parmesan cheese and grated pecorino.
In a plate put before the dough, and then the brunoise, cheese sauce and bake in oven.

- 2 eggs
- 1 leek
- 2 carrots
- 1 black cabbage
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 20 cl of cream
- 20 cl of milk
- 50 g of parmigiano
- 50 g of cheese marzolino
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- Salt
