Vegetarian lasagne
Instructions
Prepare a mixture with onion, celery and carrot and FRY in a little oil.
Add the tomato and basil, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Scalded in boiling water and salted the lasagne, cut the mozzarella into slices.
Alternate, layered, dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese, ending with a handful of breadcrumbs.
Cook for 50 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees.

- 400 g of mozzarella
- 250 g of tomato
- Basil
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1/2 onion
- Olive oil
- 250 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt

- Breadcrumbs
