Lasagne with ham and mushrooms
Instructions
Put in a saucepan, a knob of butter and fry the onion, carrot and celery finely chopped.
Let seasoning over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring often with a wooden spoon, then add the minced beef meat, sliced mushrooms and tomato sauce.
Add salt, pepper and a few tablespoons of sauce hot broth.
Put the lid on and cook over gentle heat for about half an hour.
Meanwhile boil the lasagna, a few at a time, in boiling salted water.
Drain and place halfway through the cooking, well spaced, on a damp cloth.
Grease a baking sheet, rivestitene the bottom with the lasagna and cover with a little meat, a slice of ham and some butter.
Repeat this operation until exhaustion ingredients, sprinkling the last layer of lasagna with grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter.
Passed the Pan in the oven is already hot (180 degrees) and bake for about 20 minutes, until the surface of the lasagna will have a nice golden colour.

- 400 g of type pasta lasagne
- 100 g of sliced cooked ham

- 1 costa of celery
- 250 g of tomato sauce
- 5 tablespoons of meat broth or bouillon
- 100 g of butter
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
