Lasagna with mushrooms
Instructions
Take a browse table 1 putting on the flour and 4 eggs.
Knead dough until obtaining a homogeneous paste.

Beat the remaining egg and bagnateci the entire surface of the pastry.
Bake for 25 minutes.

- 500 g of mushrooms
- 300 g of ricotta
