Raspberries in melon (2)
Instructions
Wash well the melon, then dry it with a cloth.
Remove the top cover and put it aside for later use as a lid.
With a spoon, remove the seeds (they throw it) and then all the pulp.
Put the Peel in the refrigerator.
At this point the flesh cut into cubes of melon (removing filaments), then place it in a bowl; join the raspberries, sugar and kirsch and let stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place the melon in a Cup, as a base of support, and pour in the mixture.
Cover with the lid and serve.

- 300 g of raspberries
- 1 1000 g of ripe melon
- 75 g of sugar
- Kirsch
