Lagana and blood to roseto
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients except the salt and the pasta.
Fill a gut, close and sforacchiarlo.
Put it in a pan with 150 cl salted cold water and bring to a simmer to a boil stirring constantly.
When boiling add the pasta and stir.
Once cooked the whole transfer in a pan from cake and allow to cool.
Turn and serve in slices.

- 150 cl of newly collected blood
- 250 g of sultanas is hardly found
- Dark chocolate chips
- Sugar
- Honey
- Lard
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- 500 g of lagana type dough of flour and water
