Lagana to milk
Instructions
Prepare a batter with flour, eggs, oil and salt.
Well, knock it tiratene one or more layers a bit thick and cut them in strips of less than two inches wide.
Place the loose and open well on a tablecloth well sprinkled with flour.
In a saucepan pour the milk needed for cooking of lagana, salt lightly, bring it to a boil, get the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes.
Drain the lagana and slightly moist, with milk, pour into a heated soup tureen, sprinkle of grated pecorino cheese, softened butter flakes, stir and serve immediately.
