Avocado tomatoes
Instructions
Wash and dry tomatoes, celery and basil.
Cut them into small pieces and put them in the blender with pine nuts, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Blend for a few seconds, until a thick cream that lay in the refrigerator.
Cut Avocados in half, remove the pits and wet your hair with lemon juice.
Fill the center of each with the sauce, and serve.

- 2 avocado
- 2 green tomatoes
- 1 heart of white celery
- 10 leaves of basil
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt
