Instructions
Mix the flour, eggs, water and a pinch of salt until a paste.
Pour it in the special Tyrolean dumplings machine causing them to fall straight into boiling salted water.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Drain and season with grated Gruyere, forming layers.
