Krovrizka
Instructions
In a bowl, beat an egg with 125 g sugar; then add 100 g of honey, a pinch of cinnamon and clove powder, half a teaspoon of baking soda and mix everything.
Then slowly pour the flour stirring the mixture with a whip for 5-10 minutes.
In a pan place the remaining sugar and cook over low heat until it becomes Brown in color; Unbind then in two tablespoons of water and add the remaining 50 g of honey and bring to the boil while stirring.
Add this sauce to the mixture then flour and mix well.
Spread with butter the baking plate, sprinkle with flour and sprinkle the dough levelling.
Shelled nuts and after being pounded in a mortar, finely spargetele on dough.
Put the kovrizka in the hot oven and gilds it for 15-20 minutes at moderate flame.
When cooked take it out and let it cool.
With a knife cut the kovrizka in half horizontally and spread the cut side with a fruit jam at your leisure; then join the two halves and serve sliced.
