Instructions
Place on a work plan flour, then add eggs, soft butter, which have pulled out of the refrigerator about 20 minutes before use, icing sugar, grated lemon rind, salt and yeast dissolved in lukewarm water.
Mix well until mixture is quite elastic and occasionally add a few drops of milk in case the mass turns out slightly moist.
Let the dough rise for about 2 hours with spolverizzandolo of flour and covering it with a cloth.
At the end, when will it be leavened, formed of small Pats and FRY in a pan by dipping them in hot oil.
Serve warm and spolverizzateli with sugar granules.
You can fill the Doughnuts with Nutella or lemon cream.
