Instructions
Dissolve yeast in half of the milk, which have declined, and potato with about one-third of the flour.
Put so this little bread loaf to rise in a warm place.
Meanwhile United the rest of flour, eggs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt and knead vigorously until this paste will come off the marble.
Let it stand for a few minutes and then add the yeast and the other half of the milk.
Knead again until the dough is elastic and will come off the countertop completely.
Then formed into a ball and put it to rise in a cloth on which you have sprinkled flour.
After about 40 minutes spread this paste to a cm and with a glass or cutters cut into disks that sovrapporrete in pairs by putting a bit of jam in the middle of the first.
Let them rise again and FRY in abundant oil over low heat: still run into sugar.
