Instructions
In a bowl, soak the bread in milk.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Divide into small meatballs.
Do Brown the Meatballs in a pan, add a little oil to make them stick.
Preheat your oven to about 250 degrees.
Prepare the sauce: combine the butter, flour and broth that you mixed with boiling water.
Put the Meatballs in a baking dish, pour the sauce and cook for about 30 minutes.
