Instructions
Peel the Kiwis and cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
Mix the ricotta with the whipped cream and white chocolate melted in a Bain-Marie.
Distribute the custard on the kiwi slices, with a pastry bag, sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with cherries.
