Instructions

Peel the kiwi, cut into slices and put them in a bowl with the lemon juice, sugar and rum.

Divide ice cream into four bowls, garnish with slices of kiwi fruit and almonds, peeled and cut into fillets, sprinkle with the grated chocolate, pour into each cup a quarter of a glass of milk, and serve.
