Kipferl with pine nuts
Instructions
Mix in saucepan 1 powdered almonds with 2 egg whites, sugar and cocoa.
Heat the mixture on medium flame, stirring until it is lifted.
Cool the dough and divide it into 12 sticks, folding the ends inward.
Place on buttered baking plate 1, brush with remaining egg white, sprinkle the pine nuts and cook in the oven already warm to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 100 g of almonds
- 3 egg whites
- 120 g of sugar
- 30 g of bitter cocoa
- 50 g of pine nuts
- Butter
