Instructions
Sprinkle flour the pieces of lamb and sauté them in a little oil.
When they are golden, remove them from heat and saute the onions in the same oil, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
Add the fresh beans with skins but stringy and cut into large chunks.
Mix well and FRY for a few minutes.
Add to the tomato concentrate diluted in a glass of water and cook over low heat, covered, stirring occasionally, until the meat is completely cooked, about 2 hours.
Serve accompanied by rice.

- 1000 g of fresh fava beans
