Ketchup of blackberries
Instructions
Cook slowly for about two hours the blackberries with sugar, vinegar and spices.
When the more you are well mashed, put the product in jars and seal.

- 1000 g of raw sugar
- 50 cl of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of cloves powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon of jamaica pepper powder
