Instructions
Fill a saucepan with water, put the onion, celery and bay leaf and put on high flame.
Throw yourself through switch tomatoes, boil and turn off.
Everything passes through a sieve and add a tablespoon of flour, stir and turn the heat to a minimum.
Then add all the spices, sugar and a pinch of salt, stir and then add the vinegar.
Raise your flamma and boil for a few minutes.
Turn off and let cool, then place the sauce in glass jars.

- 500 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Celery
- Laurel
- Nutmeg
- Cloves
- Ginger
- Coriander seeds
- 150 g of sugar
- 75 cl of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
