Instructions
Put the ice in the shaker previously cooled.
Pour the Vodka, lemon juice and Grenadine.
Add the egg white and sugar syrup.
Close the shaker and shake for a few seconds.
Open and pour the mixture into the tumbler and the ice remained.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 5 tablespoons of vodka
- 2 splashes of grenadine syrup
- 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup
- 1/2 egg whites
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
