Instructions
Into the chalice (heated with boiling water), pour the sweetened coffee, add the Whiskey and, using a spoon, add the half-whipped cream on the surface without mixing.
Before you begin preparing the Irish Coffee, either for one or for several people, cool the shaker and shake the cream for at least two minutes.
Then transfer half-whipped cream in a pot or put in fridge and caraffina up to the time of the operation.

- 40 g of irish whisky
- 1 espresso
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of fresh cream
