Turkey roll
Instructions
Cook the onions chopped small along with the white wine until it forms a kind of syrup.
Cut 5 Escalopes from 150 g each.
Grind the meat twice left and mix it with cream, onions and egg whites, then dress with salt, pepper, nutmeg and brandy.
Beat Turkey breasts, spalmateli with the filling obtained and put in each 3 prunes, then rolled up and tied.
Savoury rolls, FRY quickly in butter, lard, turning them and leave them for a few minutes in the oven already pre-heated.
At this point remove the rolls from the Pan and keep them warm.
Drain away a little of the remaining fat, sprinkle with flour, pour the bottom, Cook slightly and finished with cream and butter.
Now remove the wire from rolls, cut in an oblique way and serve with roast sauce passed to colander.
