Spring rolls (chun Juan)
Instructions
Pasta.
Work all ingredients and form the batter.
Make eggrolls heating up the Pan and covering it up with a thin layer of oil.
Once ready the eggrolls keep them warm.
Filling.
Cut into thin strips of chicken breasts, place them to fry for one minute stirring constantly in a pan containing a little hot oil (always to peanuts), add the onions cut into strips, mushrooms and bean sprouts drained and shredded.
Continue cooking for 1 minute.
Combine Hoisin sauce and tie everything together with potato starch mixed with broth.
Season with salt, pepper, and glutamate.
Distribute the mixture on eggrolls, close the eggrolls and cover the edges with the egg yolk.
Frying in the Pan or the oil immersion.
Some tips: as you may have noticed the Chinese use to make major preparation and then cooking resolves to 3 minutes of cooking.
You must have the foresight to finely chop everything (soybeans excluded) pena a cooking vegetables over the meat.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 new onions
- 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
- 200 g of bean sprouts
- 50 g of chinese mushrooms (champignon) macerated
- 3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon of starch
- 1 cup of chicken soup
- 1 == Pto Chili
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg yolk
- Monosodium glutamate (or nut)
- Frying oil
