Instructions

Chop the salami with six basil leaves and 1/2 clove of garlic, mixed with a little butter.

Spread the cream on the slices, roll them up and tie with a white wire.

In a pan heat a little oil with the Rosemary and half a chopped onion, saucepan, heat the rolls.

Cover and cook on moderate fire for half an hour.
