Veal roulade
Instructions
Beat veal slices.
Chop the pork, ham, bread crumbs, mix in the egg squeezed, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Align the slices and arrange in the center of each a little of the mixture, roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Fry the rolls in butter crunch it often and irrorandoli with a few tablespoons of dry white wine.
Cook slowly for about 20 minutes.

- 12 thin slices Veal =
- 60 g of lean pork
- 60 g of ham
- 100 g of butter
- 80 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- A few tablespoons of dry white wine
- 1 bun (breadcrumbs soaked in milk)
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
