Cabbage rolls
Instructions
Scalded in boiling salted water the leaves of cabbage.
Mince the garlic and mushrooms.
Collect the chopped in a bowl, combine the crumb of the bread rolls soaked in milk and squeezed, grated cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper and mix everything together with a fork.
Put a little of the mixture on each leaf of cabbage, then roll up the leaves on themselves and legatele.
In a pan Sauté oil, get wet, rolls with a little boiling water and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour, occasionally basting the rolls with their sauce.
