Sage fried rolls
Instructions
Put the anchovies in milk bath for 30 minutes, drain and dry them.
For each roulade take 2 Sage leaves and an anchovy.
Place the anchovies between the two leaves, rolled up the whole thing and quit poking at with a toothpick.
Passed each in beaten eggs and roll in flour.
In a pan heat plenty of oil and friggetevi the rolls until they become crisp.
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle the pretzels.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 16 leaves sage
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 20 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- White flour
- Olive oil
- Salt
