Instructions
Sear the radicchio leaves in boiling water, beat the eggs with salt and pepper and cook them in a pan with the butter, leaving them soft.
Place the scrambled eggs on the leaves of radicchio, wrap, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes.
