Ham rolls with mascarpone and gorgonzola
Instructions
Mix in a bowl the gorgonzola and mascarpone, obtaining a homogeneous compound.
Spread it on 8 slices of ham, not too thick-cut, then roll them up on themselves forming the rolls.
Spuntateli at the ends and serve, in pairs, arranged on a bed of fresh mixed salad with a bouquet of herbs, all seasoned with a little oil, salt, pepper and almond flakes toasted in the oven earlier.

- 8 slices cooked ham
- 200 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 50 g of mascarpone cheese
- Salad
- 1/2 tablespoon of chervil, oregano and thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon of marjoram, fennel, chives
- 1 tablespoon of flaked almonds
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
