Asparagus ham rolls
Instructions
Boil al dente asparagus, cut the wood and get tips.
Wrap each in 1/2 slice of ham and then pass it in the flour.
Aside from beating the eggs with Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Pass the rolls in the egg and then in bread crumbs, then FRY them in oil and butter and serve.

- 1000 g of asparagus
- 100 g of ham
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of parmigiano
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
