Roast the peppers, clean them and cut them into strips.
Steaming the salmon for 10 minutes in water flavoured with carrot, onion, celery, bay leaf and let it cool.
Cut the mushrooms into pieces washed, diced unpeeled apples and put them in a bowl.
Irrorarli with lemon juice and add the chopped salmon.
Mix well.
Stuff peppers with this mixture, making it of spring rolls.
Serve with the yogurt flavored with chives.
