Potato ham rolls
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water.
Peel them and put them in the potato masher by dropping the past into a bowl.
Add the grated fontina, three tablespoons of bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
Blanched leeks in salted water for 5 minutes, allow to cool and cut into eight strips.
Spread the slices of ham, put the mixture of potatoes and cheese, close the packet and rolls "tie" with strips of Leek.
Lightly grease a baking dish, lay the rolls and place in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.

- 700 g of potatoes
- 150 g of fontina cheese
- 8 slices cooked ham
- 1 egg
- 1 leek
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
