Beef rolls with rice
Instructions
Put on the fire half a litre of salt water topped with a knob of butter, bring to boil and then throw the rice.
Fate Meanwhile soak the dried mushrooms in a bowl with lukewarm water, drain them well and let them add margarine or oil.
