Instructions

Beat the meat and cover each slice with 3 Parmesan cheese and strips of Leek.

Roll up the slices on themselves and legatele with strips of Leek cooked in boiling water.

Fried in oil, rolls with chopped ginger profumateli; pour the sugar and vinegar and cover stream of water.

Cook for 30 minutes, until the water is evaporated.

Serve the rolls with pineapple slices.
