Instructions
Chop the celery heart along with more tender leaves; sliced 4-5 stems.
Mix the gorgonzola with fiorello and heart of chopped celery (including leaves more tender).
Spread this mixture in the center of each slice of bresaola, then wrap the slices with lots of spring rolls.
Place on a serving platter, place around the celery and season with oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.
(To taste, you can tie the rolls with a little chives.
)

- 2 bottles of fiorello locatelli cheese
- 100 g of spicy gorgonzola cheese
- 200 g of bresaola
- 1 white celery
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
