Baked rolls
Instructions
Clean and wash the spinach.
Beat lightly, then arrange slices on each slice of ham and a Sage leaf.
Roll up the slices forming of spring rolls that secure with wooden toothpicks.
Chop the onion finely, make wilt in a pan half and half in another, always with a knob of butter.
Then, in a Pan fry the rolls, bathed with half a glass of wine, add salt and pepper.
Another stewed spinach dish, pouring the end 2/3 tablespoons of cream (or milk) to tie.
Placed in a foil, lay the spinach, sprinkle some rolls with chives and shut the door shredded.
Passed in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
