Spring rolls with artichokes (2)
Instructions
Spread each slice of meat over a slice of ham and add a slice of artichoke already thawed.
Roll up and tie with yarn.
Saute in butter rolls.
Salt and soak them every now and then with some TSP water.
Serve them hot with their cooking, or cold, covered in jelly.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of topside veal slices
- 150 g of ham
- 2 clean artichokes
- 60 g of butter
- Salt
