May's salad
Instructions
Wash and dry all vegetables.
Cut them finely and place in Salad Bowl.
Clean the fennel and cut into thin slices.
Slice the olives slices.
Join us to salads.
Season with lemon juice, 3 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 heads of belgian salad (endive)
- 2 bunches of corn salad
- 1 faggot
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 150 g of bean sprouts
- 20 pitted black olives
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
