Sicilian salad
Instructions
Peel and wash the arugula, chicory and the soncino.
Clean the onions and radishes and soak them kept in cold water, cut them into thin slices.
Wash the lemons cedrati, live sbucciateli and slice into rings.
Put everything in a bowl and add the bean sprouts.
In a bowl of lemon juice emulsified filtered to colander, salt, pepper and add oil flush banging with the whip.
Combined with a sauce of chopped parsley and pour flush on the salad.
Stir gently and serve immediately.

- 2 bunches of arugula salad
- 2 bunches of soncino salad
- 2 bunches of chicory salad
- Some of radishes
- 1 scallion
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup of bean sprouts
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
