Instructions
Clean and wash all vegetables and salads.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Slice onion, cucumber, Zucchini and radish.
Cut into julienne the pepper.
Chop Arugula and lettuce.
Put everything in a bowl and mix.
Chop the Basil and add to the salad along with capers.
Drizzle with the lemon juice, oil and salt.
Stir again and let it sit a few minutes before serving.

- 4 ripe tomatoes

- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 1 onion
- 4 radishes
- 1 courgette
- Basil
- 1 lemon
- 20 capers
- Olive oil
- Salt
