Rich salad (3)
Instructions
Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes.
Combine the radishes, sliced, 1 egg slices, cubed fontina cheese, drained beans, tomatoes into wedges and Basil crushed with hands.
Mix well.
Make a sauce by blending the other egg with garlic, 1 tablespoon vinegar, oil, 4 Mint, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of yoghurt.
Pour the sauce over the salad and serve.

- 350 g of potatoes
- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 50 g of fontina cheese
- 6 radishes
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g of canned pinto beans
- 1 clove of garlic
- Basil
- Mint
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of white yoghurt
