Instructions
Wash away the salads and spezzettarle.
Keep even some of the more tender roots of the radicchio and slice them thinly.
Beat for a few minutes 4 tablespoons oil with parsley, chopped garlic, chili powder, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Pour the sauce over the salad only when serving and mix carefully.
