Spicy salad
Instructions
Wash away the salads and spezzettarle.
Keep even some of the more tender roots of the radicchio and slice them thinly.
Beat for a few minutes 4 tablespoons oil with parsley, garlic, sliced chili powder 1 tablespoon of vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Pour the sauce over the salad only when serving and mix carefully.

- Chili to taste
- Chopped parsley
- 400 g of salad endive, belgian endive salad (endive), red chicory
- Aromatic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 handful of arugula salad
- 1 clove of garlic
