Mixed salad with horseradish sauce
Instructions
Peel, wash, drain the lattughino and the soncino and then mix them in a serving dish.
Put on the Green courgette cut into thin sticks (julienne) and celery, scraped and cut in julienne strips, too.
Fill the pot with carrots and radishes, thinly sliced 4.
Prepare the sauce: Peel and grate the horseradish, and collected and then into the Blender jar.
This also add the oil, a teaspoon of soy sauce, a pinch of parsley leaves, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Blend everything at maximum speed until you obtain a thick sauce and perfectly emulsified.
Season and stir the salad table only.

- For the salad:
- 180 g of celery in verona
- 150 g of courgette
- 100 g of lattughina salad
- 100 g of soncino salad
- 100 g of carrot
- 4 radishes
- For the sauce:
- 150 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 80 g of horseradish
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
