Mixed salad with pomegranate
Instructions
Clean the carrots and cut into julienne.
Peel and wash the lettuce and spinach.
Dry and place in a salad bowl with the carrots.
Prepare a vinaigrette emulsifying into a bowl half a glass of olive oil, two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, orange juice, filtered to the strainer.
Adjust the salt.
Add the vegetables and stir.
Sprinkle the salad with the grains of Pomegranate and serve.
Regarding pomegranate grains have the caveat to completely remove residual skin white.

- 2 carrots
- 1 bunch of soncino salad
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 1 bunch spinach of novelli
- 1 pomegranate
- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
