Mixed salad with tuna
Instructions
Drain the cannellini beans.
Peel, wash and dry the Salad Greens.
Cut the pepper into strips (you can also use 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 yellow) after stripped of seeds and pith.
Put everything in a bowl.
Add the celery, julienned fennel into thin slices and tomatoes into wedges.
Drain tuna and add to it chopped salad with pitted black olives.
In a bowl beat the oil with a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper.
Pour on salad, stir and serve.

- 250 g of tuna in olive oil
- 250 g of canned cannellini beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 1 bunch of radicchio rosso
- 1 faggot
- Celery
- 1 red pepper
- Black olives
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
