Kurdish of bulgur salad
Instructions
Wash the bulgur under running water and place in a bowl.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water and allow to swell for 20 minutes.
Stir the semolina and dress with all the other ingredients, stirring well to mix your salad and served on the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 glass of wheat (bulgur)
- 3 tablespoons of spicy chili sauce (harissa)
- == 1 Tomato Peeled cut into small pieces
- 6 fresh onions finely chopped
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of dry minced mint
- 1/4 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- 1/4 cup of wine vinegar
