Festival salad
Instructions
Wash, Pat dry and slice tomatoes horizontally, salt and let drain for 10 minutes.
Wash the lettuce, dry it, drain and place in a salad bowl; arrange tomato slices on top and then the shrimps have thawed out.
Stir in a pinch of salt with oil and lemon juice, then add the cumin seeds and pour over salad.

- 1 box of frozen shrimp
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
