Exotic salad
Instructions
Clean the lettuce and cut into strips.
Combine the tomatoes into wedges, sweet pepper strips, coconut strips and diced pineapple.
Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of rum and 1 teaspoon lemon juice with.
Mix garlic, zest of 1/2 lemon, 6 tablespoons oil, vinegar, 1 salt and pepper.
Pour on salad, stir and serve.

- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g of coconut pulp
- 200 g of fresh pineapple pulp
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of rum
